Leading Light

Trust-worthy services
If you are looking for an electrician you can trust, my hope and aim is to be your man. With all the bogus builders you see reported on the television and maybe having had adverse experiences in the past, it is sometimes hard to find a workman you can trust. Finding a new electrician can be very stressful. I would like to give you some reasons why I feel you can trust the services of Leading Light:

Reputation
A lot of my work is by word of mouth, so I have been fortunate enough to dispense with-out the need to advertise greatly. This means that you can trust the sources of your information about Leading Light. Having a good reputation is very important to me and I believe it to be the best way to lead the way to my next job.

ELECSA benefits
Being Part P registered and undertaking approval from ELECSA means my work is often inspected, ensuring the highest standards are maintained every year. This keeps me in check and makes sure I do not slip up at any time.

Honesty
I aim to deal with everyone honestly and ethically. I will not promote or offer unfair deals and will always be fair with you and undertake all work as you desire it to be done.

Punctuality
When I start work I shall tell you when I shall be turning up, and if I think I am going to be late, I will contact you to let you know. Being informed is the best way to help reduce the frustration of waiting for someone to turn up.

Problems
Some jobs do hit hidden problems that could not be foreseen when the job was quoted for or started. It is the nature of the trade and all electricians experience this from time to time. What I will do however, is inform you of this problem and explain exactly what the problem is and gain your permission before starting the extra work. You will be fully aware of the problem and more importantly, fully aware of the cost implications. If there is anything you don’t understand or are not happy concerning my explanation or suggestion, I would be more than happy for you to obtain a second opinion from another qualified electrician.

Payments
Depending on the size of the job, payments would be managed either in installments or full payment upon completion, details of which would be included in the quote. I would not expect to receive either the final installment or full payment without you receiving completed certificates for the work undertaken and becoming satisfied with the work completed.
